Avinash Group is looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving business growth. Experience in client relationship management, sales pipeline optimization, and achieving revenue targets is required. Strong communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as the ability to analyze market trends.

Understand the client requirement and be able to design, develop from scratch, and deliver optimized data pipelines and workflows. Must have strong skills in data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). The ideal candidate should have experience with SQL, Python, and big data tools like Hadoop or Spark. Ability to collaborate with data scientists and analysts is essential.

Proficient in programming using Python or other relevant languages. Should have extensive experience in AI/ML model development, especially in the field of generative AI. Responsibilities include designing, training, and optimizing generative models, working with neural networks, and applying AI algorithms to solve complex business problems. Familiarity with cloud-based AI tools and frameworks is highly preferred.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud infrastructure on Azure, and implementing DevOps best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages, configuration management tools, and cloud platforms (Azure) is necessary. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is preferred.

Technical Capabilities: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java as a backend engineer. Must have expertise in developing scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring, and related frameworks. Strong knowledge of databases, microservices, and API development is required. Candidates should have experience with debugging, performance tuning, and collaborating with front-end teams for seamless integration.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and engagement. Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience with ATS systems. Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates is crucial. Familiarity with recruitment strategies is a plus.
