Rework-Readiness Training’ Sessions Duration: 20 hours (in Week 1)

1. What are the learning methods implemented in this program & how much time do I have to spend?

The program focuses on 3 modes of learning viz self-paced             e-learning, case studies & video-based e-learning. Learners have the choice to learn asynchronously at their pace through the videos and the content.

The scheduled / recommended time for this course is 30 days.

2. Is there any assessment / exam associated with this program?

Assessments / Exams develop confidence which in turn is a display of the knowledge gained. Learners in this program would have the opportunity to assess their knowledge levels through end-of-module quiz / assessments. Learners also have the option to learn through appropriate questioning during the live-sessions. The essential end-of-course assessment marks the final stage of the course. 

3. Do I get a certificate on completing the program? Is the certificate associated with this course “recognised”?

A personalized “Badgefree Certified Talent Curator” certificate would be awarded to all learners on completion of all the mandatory requirements of the program. Do refer to the program brochure for further details.

4. Are the exams / tests in this program of objective type only or are there subjective type questions as well? Do the exams / tests in this program carry marks?

The program aims to build practice focussed knowledge for each of the modules. The questions type would be multiple choice questions and may include some scenario based & subjective ones. 

Each question would impact the final scoring positively or negatively, thus impacting the final performance of each learner. 

5. What are the types of questions that are asked in the exams/tests for this program?

Currently, the assessments are of primarily objective type only, however may include some scenario based and subjective ones. 

6. What is / are the criteria for completing / passing this program?

All learners are required to complete the course curriculum including all the quiz / assessments as directed by the faculty. Performance in all modules directly impacts the final outcome of the learner. 

7. Can I obtain the certificate by just going through the program without answering any exams / tests or even if I

fail in the exams / tests?

In order to achieve the desired outcomes from the program, it is imperative that learners complete all the learning sessions, quiz assessments and interactions. Learners may be allowed to re-appear for any specific quiz / assessment where the individual has not achieved the qualifying score.

8. Is there any classroom training associated with this program? Do I need to go to a specific location to appear for the exams / tests?

The  program focuses on 3 modes of learning viz self-paced                  e-learning, case studies and video-based e-learning. Learners have the choice to learn asynchronously at their pace through the videos and the content, with some live-sharing sessions from industry experts. Essential elements include a device having stable internet connection and video conference option, wherever essential. 

All planned quiz / assessments would be in online mode & can be taken remotely. Learners to ensure seamless internet connection & quiet environment for the duration of the assessments. All the exams / assessments / quizzes are required to be completed in one seating. Disruption / discontinuation mid-way would be considered as 1 attempt. Re-test is not encouraged.  All decisions of the instructors are final.

9. I have registered for the program, but I am not able to view all modules?

For the list of different modules refer to the program brochure. Modules would be made available / opened up sequentially as per the learning journey details. 

Content including the assessments would be opened up on a day-to-day basis. If you have already completed the learning requirements including the quizzes / assessments for the day and still not able to access the planned module for the next day, do reach out to us at veership@badgefree.com

10. What if I am unable to complete the program in 4 weeks?

The course is designed for new learners & if the planned journey is adhered to, every learner should be able to complete it in 4 weeks. Knowledge modules made available once would be available even after the planned 4 weeks for every learner to learn & complete the mandatory elements of the program for successful completion. 

11. Can I get work after completing this program?

The program aims to build practice focussed knowledge for each of the modules. The course attempts to build the skills/competencies of every learner who goes through the program in the true sense of learning. The program concludes with every learner receiving the Certificate (after completing all mandatory requirements for certification).
