“Hello, I’m Fiza Vajeer Karajagi, currently pursuing PGDM at the Kirloskar Institute of Management in Harihar, building on the foundation of a BBA. With a diverse upbringing in various cities like Pune, Chandigarh, Patiala, and Solapur as part of a defense family, I’ve gained a unique perspective and adaptability to change.

In my 11 months as a process associate at IGT Pune, I focused on delivering first-time resolutions to customers, adhering to strict SOPs, and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills. Working within the social media department, I collaborated across teams, analyzed customer cases, and effectively escalated issues for resolution, contributing to process improvement.
