  1. If I were to ask your present (most recent) employer about your ability as a creative person, what would he/she say?
  2. Have you ever led a task force or committee or any group who doesn’t report to you, but from whom you have to get work? How did you do it? What were the satisfactions & disappointments? How would you handle the job differently?
  3.  Is this job opening due to growth or replacement? (If replacement) What happened to the previous person in the position?
  4. Who are three references that are available for consultation?
  5. Was there anything your company could have done to be more successful?
  6. The working schedule for this position is 4 days a week with 10 hours each day. Is that OK with you?
