Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have two years and nine months of dedicated service experience at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

My current role is ‘Production Support Engineer’, where, together with my team, I handle all L3 level production issues, requirements and concerns faced by our 12 Lacs+ customer base throughout the country.

Also, quite recently I have been assigned the role of Assistant Project Manager based on my skills, and proactive ownership of responsibilities, and I find myself thoroughly compatible and comfortable with the responsibilities this position entails.

My responsibilities in this role necessitate ensuring that all deliverables are met within their timelines and in a consistent manner, and also include the management of my team, resource allocation, task allocation, and relationship management.

Initially, when I had joined TCS I was assigned the task of Oracle Database Developer. I was involved there for a period of 1 year and 3 months, where I participated with a database team in the migration of large data sets into the TCS database (including cleaning and testing of the data prior to loading them in).

I would describe myself as someone who is career-oriented and proactive towards the work/tasks assigned to me or are in queue; as well as someone who is ready to take ownership at any given point of time and deliver successful results with increased growth rate. Combined with my experience, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution and be an asset to any organization with whom I may be associated.
