Subhapriya Narasimhan

I’m a Chartered Accountant with two years of post-qualification experience with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. I worked in the Transfer Pricing department where I handled the Master File and Country-by-Country Reporting required under the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting framework devised by the OECD. These frameworks required a thorough understanding of the MNC’s business model, service, and IPR arrangements with its associated enterprises and the macro-economic factors that affect the industry. Besides BEPS assignments, I also handled litigation cases where I had to represent the clients before the Income Tax authorities.
Prior to joining Deloitte, I interned with CNGSN & Associates LLP for three years where I had the opportunity to work on statutory and tax audits of listed and private companies.
