· Providing 24*7 technical support for SAP systems to ensure business continuity, implementing required changes, upgrades, and solving tickets within the required SLA.

· Trained and mentored over 6 team members in SAP BASIS System Administration, enabling cost savings of 2 employees in my project and prepared KT documents to ensure business continuity

Extra-curricular activities
· Represented my district, College and University cricket teams in various tournaments.
· Secured highest marks in Hindi subject in Udupi district in the ICSE examinations held in the year 2010-11.
Participated in various singing competitions and secured 2nd position in an event. Also, composed a song of my own ‘Apni Kahani’ and lended my vocals for the same
Participated in the Hindu Young World Quiz Regional Round held in Mangalore in the year 2009.
