KPMG GLOBAL SERVICES (Oct 2021 – Apr 2022)

Senior Audit Associate

·       Deftly handled lifecycle audit assignments, from planning stages to implementation and finalization for clients from financial services industry(overseas) while ensuring compliance with audit templates and tools to improve efficiency in tasks.

·       Identified new areas of work for KGS on existing client and increased penetration rate by 25%

·       Coached and managed a team of 5 along with performing detailed review of the work they performed.

·       Developed learning curriculums and delivered the same to a team of 40+ people which increased the quality in work and productivity; incorporated peer learning in training sessions around new tools introduced based on Power-BI.

JEEVAN STAMBH FOUNDATION (Apr 2021– Apr 2022)

Operations and Strategy executive

·       Managed operations and strategy for COVID relief initiatives by JSF- ‘Free Ambulance and ‘Helping stranded migrants’. Managed to aid over 500 migrants to reach back home safely along with temporary arrangement of funds for their basic needs.

·       Strategize execution for the free ambulance project, right from building the framework, setting up a team and deciding on functional factors. Successfully carried out the functioning for two months along with leading a team a 10+ interns.

·       Accountable for smooth operations of travel and utility services for stranded migrants in Delhi-NCR. Managed to aid over 500 migrants to reach back home safely along with temporary arrangement of funds for their basic needs.
